These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and dental services provided by Dr. Pavendeep Singh Dental Clinic ("the Clinic"), located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Dental Services

The Clinic provides general and specialist dental services. All treatments are performed by qualified dental professionals registered with the Malaysian Dental Council. The specific treatment plan, associated risks, and expected outcomes will be discussed with you prior to any procedure, and your informed consent will be obtained.

3. Appointment Policy

3.1 Scheduling

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking confirmation does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our staff. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.

3.2 Cancellation

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need care. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

3.3 No-Show Policy

Patients who fail to attend a confirmed appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice will be recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows (three or more occurrences) may result in the requirement to pay a deposit before future appointments can be scheduled, or in the Clinic's discretion to decline future bookings.

3.4 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit to avoid disruption to other patients. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
• We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and online bank transfers.
• For extensive treatment plans, instalment arrangements may be available at the Clinic's discretion. Such arrangements will be documented in writing.
• If you are claiming through a dental insurance provider, it is your responsibility to verify your coverage prior to treatment. Any balance not covered by insurance remains your responsibility.
• Quoted fees are estimates and may vary depending on the actual treatment required. You will be informed of any significant cost changes before proceeding.

5. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches any applicable local or national law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
